DAILY MORNING ROUTINE THAT KEEPS YOU ALWAYS MOTIVATED AND PRODUCTIVE


Do you know the secret and easy morning routine of a famous successful person? In some cases yes, because of social media, there are lots of channels and blogs that are sharing tips. But we can't follow daily because of procrastination. Today, I'm going to share some easy morning routines that help you to get motivated all time. If you feel motivated all day then you definitely get success in your field. This morning routine keeps you motivated and productive all day and helps you to improve yourself daily. 

Daily Morning Routine:

  • 5:00 AM - Wake up:-                                                                                                                                 


According to researches, if you wake up early in the morning then this is very beneficial for you. You feel more energetic, have much time to organize your skills, feel stress-free, and starting a day with a calm and composed mind. And the best thing is that you feel happy.

  • 5:30 AM - Exercise:- 


The more important thing is to get in shape. People think that get into shape is always about making a heavy muscular body, having big biceps and triceps, etc. But that's not correct it is not important to have these kinds of bodies. A perfect body means to get fit and fine and get a flexible body with regular exercises such as running, push-ups, mountain climbing, squats, lungs, many more (but in the limit). These physical activities can reduce the risk of heart attack, manage your weight better, have a lower blood cholesterol level, lower risk of falls, have stronger bones, muscles, and joints, and lower the risk of developing osteoporosis, and many more. Just start the exercise.

  • 6:00 AM - Meditation:-



After 30 minutes of exercising, you need to get your body cool down and reduce the stress you need to do meditation. This helps you to control anxiety, reduces stress, enhance self-awareness, promote emotional health, increase memory, increase creativity, and increase focus. If you do meditation daily, I'm sure you will see a major improvement in yourself. 

  • 6:30 AM - Cold Shower:-

Experts say - if you take a cold shower aspects of your daily life will help you in weight loss, calming itchy skin, glowing hair and skin, and reducing muscle soreness post-workout. You should take a cold shower every day after meditation, this keeps you boosting for work and feeling to get motivated all day.

  • 7:00 AM - Reading A Book:-

 
There are lots of benefits of book reading such as strengthening your brain, increase empathy, develop a stronger vocabulary, reduce stress, building knowledge, and learning skills, etc. You find that there are many books behind most successful people. Bill Gates's thought on book reading is “If you read enough, there's a similarity between things that make it easy because this thing is like this other thing.”. If you learn more then you earn more. But which book you choose and what subject really matters. You should read some business strategies books, productivity books, motivational books, biography and autobiography, and many other books that are available in the market.   • 7:30 AM - Eating Healthy Breakfast:-


This is the most important thing, a healthy breakfast. If you eat healthily you work healthily, you feel active during work. This will enhance your immunity, improve your skin, and helps you in weight loss.


  • 8:00 AM - Start Your Day:-


Now you are ready for your work. Whatever you are, a student, an employee, a businessman, or an artist. Start your day and keep hustling to get success. Work until you make your own empire, your own luxury life, just work and don't feel tired. Learn new skills, strategies, and get knowledge.  

Conclusion: you just need to follow a better morning routine that keeps you energetic and motivated all day, because what you do at the starting of the day that's matters to you and your success, your motivations, and your abilities. I provide you this morning routine with time, just follow for 21 days and see the difference. After following this routine for 21 days this will become a very good habit.
